Website Redesign /Family Centred Practices Group

About
FCPG is an accredited behavioral intervention provider in BC. Their existing website was outdated, text-heavy, and not aligned with their brand values.
I led a UX/UI redesign project to modernize the site.
01. Current Site Review
Why are we doing this?
Parents, who often came to the site stressed or in need of quick answers, couldn’t quickly find services or resources.
New users were likely dropping off instead of reaching out, because the site didn’t guide them toward the next step.
Navigation Overhaul
Unclear where to click for things like booking a consultation or learning about programs
Poor readability
Combining motion, text and image backgrounds
The Services section currently blends into the blog section, making it less noticeable.
Call-to-action button does not look like a button, which likely meant families weren’t converting as often
No streamlined intake process (manual back-and-forth emails)
02. Stakeholder Alignment
Stakeholder Discovery
I developed and distributed a targeted questionnaire to gather insights on business goals, service priorities, user pain points, and desired site functionality.

03. Planning & Wireframing
Key Insights for Wireframing
Based on the stakeholder discovery sessions and site audit, three priorities emerged for the redesign
Simplify navigation and restructure content to make the site easier to use and reduce confusion.
Highlight services, team expertise, and organizational impact to strengthen trust and credibility with parents and caregivers.
Streamline intake booking by integrating a quick scheduling option (e.g., Calendly) so families can take action without friction.
