My Design Journey
2014 - 2018 Studied at UBC
I studied Economics and Psychology at UBC, developed an understanding of consumer behaviour and consumer research.
Working with children with special needs deepened my empathy and perspective-taking skills —an early lesson in designing for the user’s perspective.
2020 - 2o21 Master of Education
I pursued a Master of Education in Developmental Psychology, where I learn structured research methods and evidence-based approaches to problem-solving.
2021–Now Healthcare Project Management & UX
Project Delivery | Creative Execution | Collaboration
Working on healthcare projects taught me how to balance structure with delivery.
My journey into UX comes from wanting to make complexity simple. In healthcare projects, I often found myself bridging different teams, structuring information, and noticing where people got stuck. I realized what excited me most was making the experience clearer and easier for the people using them.
